CUbiC undergraduate student Diep Tran and her team won the Microsoft Social Impact Prize at Hackathon Arizona 2019 in Tucson, Arizona. The team created a drag-and-drop mobile game application that aims to educate users on how to recycle correctly in order to erase many current misconceptions about "recyclable" items such as straws.
