Vex Robotics Arizona Volunteer of the Year

CUbiC Ph.D. student Eric Luster, and this year’s Director of student competitions for the Engineering Open House, received the Vex Robotics volunteer of the year award on Mar. 2 at the first VEX Robotics Arizona state championship, hosted on the Tempe Campus by ASU.

The competition is designed for students to build a robot with parts purchased and received by VEX Robotics, devoid of any instructions. The robots then participate in a game unveiled each year during the world championship.
