Eric Luster, graduate student at Arizona State University and CUbiC Ph.D. student, made an appearance on an episode of The Colbert Report on Tuesday, April 9. Stephen Colbert attended the Clinton Global Initiative University exchange fair and went around discussing with students their initiatives and solutions.
Luster had an opportunity to discuss his initiative to reduce traumatic brain injury for student athletes with Colbert. According to Luster, his team is developing a sensor to install into a football helmet to detect traumatic brain injury and report it.
